All the F3 mini-villas are identical.
A mini-villa is equipped in accordance with the standard for the handicapped people.

The surface of each appartment is of 53m² more 12m² for the terrace.

Each mini-villa is air-conditionned and equipped in the following way :

- A corner dining room with kitchen equipped (refrigerating, vitroceramics shotplates, washing machine, dishwasher, microwaves oven); a complete set of ustensils and covers are provided,
- A living-room with TV TNT ans a sofa bed,
- A bathroom with bath-thub, independant WC (except mini-villa for handicapped people),
- Two bedrooms with hanging cupboards: a bedroom with double bed and another one with two simple beds side by side,
- A covered terrace with a garden set,
- Barbecue with coal or electric,
- Board and domestic iron,
- Individual carpark with ten meters of the entry which is done by the back.

The swimming pool is equipped with parasols and sunbathes.
Internet ADSL access is free at the reception desk.
