Q1) Access to the first beach
The residence is distant of 7 km of the first beach which is at Abbartello (Olmeto Plage) and ten km of Porto Pollo.
In the car, one is with the beach in ten minutes by a beautiful quiet road and there is no problem of carpark on arrival.
A little further, at fifteen minutes of the residence, the large one and beautiful beach of Cupabbia in a still wild bay on the commune of Serra di Ferro.

Q2) To make shpping since the residence
Propriano, at twenty minutes, is a small town of 5000 inhabitants.
One finds there two supermarkets and  many shops.
Porto Pollo, at ten minutes, proposes a mini-market, two bakers, a butcher, a fruit stall and vegetables…

Q3) Do the twinned villas allow they really a stay the calm one?
Yes, to date we did not have any complaint of customers on this subject.
Let us notice initially that by design, there is a shift, between two twinned mini-villas, which makes it possible to preserve intimacy on the terraces which give in addition on a large green ground (without opposite).
Moreover, we paid attention in the soundproofing and the thermal skills, in particular by doubling the standard thickness of insulators. We can thus guarantee that there is no noise of interior which is reflected from one mini-villa to another.
Lastly, small size of the residence (ten mini-villas) made that there are no disturbances dependant in the vicinity.

Q4) Does the swimming pool cause noise pollutions?
No, the swimming pool is located at the entry of the residence, in a little and isolated place.
The all mini-villas are between 50 and 100 m distance of the swimming pool.

Q6) Restaurants near the residence
Around, in a ten minutes perimeter, one finds many restaurants, snack bars and pizzerias. On the spot, one will be able to advise you according to your wishes and of the best quality/price ratio.

Q7) Regional products
The low valley of Taravo is an area of olive-trees, pastures, and of vine: one thus finds directly in the producers of the olive oil, cheeses of ewe, and the wines.
For the strong cheese amateurs, one can even find famous “cheese rotted”, that which matures with worms inside and which explodes in “Astérix in Corsica”.
One also finds excellent pork-butchery Corsican which comes from the high valley where one raises the pigs in high villages perched, since hundreds of years.
In the butcher, Corsican the calf meat, is very required.
According to the season, one can appreciate fresh produce and healthy: lamb and of the year, brocciu (fresh cheese near to the Italian riccota), strawberries, figs, grape…

Q8) Doctors and pharmacies
In Porto Pollo, Olmeto and Propriano, one finds all the necessary medical support (ten doctors and pharmacies).
